Discovery
Understanding your idea, target users, and technical constraints. We align on scope, timeline, and definition of done before writing a line of code.
Architecture
Navigation structure, state management, data persistence, and API contracts — planned upfront. This is where most rework gets eliminated.
UI Build
Pixel-perfect screens with 60fps+ animations, dark mode, and accessibility. Every screen tested on real devices before moving on.
Integration
APIs, payment flows, push notifications, auth, and third-party services — connected end-to-end and tested on both iOS and Android.
Store Release
EAS build pipeline, App Store and Play Store submission, screenshot sets, and App Review support. I've run this process dozens of times.
Maintenance
